By purchasing a raffle ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Purchase of Goods
You are purchasing a raffle entry, not the items shown. Your purchase gives you a chance to win the lot of items listed in the product description and images. There is no guarantee of winning.

Eligibility
Raffle is open to residents of the United States only. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

Ticket Quantity
There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets you may purchase. Each ticket represents one entry in the drawing.

Raffle Details

There will be 10 separate raffles, each corresponding to a specific product listing.

The raffle you are entered into is based on the product you purchased.

Winners will be chosen at random via a drawing.

Winners will be announced on Sunday, September 7th at 7:00 PM EST during a live stream on YouTube: youtube.com/@danielallencohen

Shipping & Delivery
 

Packing and shipping are included in the raffle prize.

Prizes will be packed and shipped within 1–2 weeks after September 7th.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Tracking will be provided where available.

No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances, including non-winning entries.

This raffle is being conducted in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and is void where prohibited.

This is a promotional game of chance and not a sweepstakes or lottery as defined by federal law.
